I would do the 10 days and sue over a violation of my constitutional rights. Compelled speech, IMO, violates free speech rights granted as well as violating my 5th amendment rights to remain silent.

This is getting some national media attention. I wonder if this is going to be resolved prior to June 5th or if this guy is going to spend a few days in jail and earn himself a settlement.
