I knew I could get you to come out of the dark. I have never said I think the Republican would win this year.

No one said you predict republicans to win this year. Maybe you learn from past mistakes. Sooner or later your guys are going to have to realize there are voters other than old white men. Trump could possibly win. For Trump to win, you have to pray for a Hillary indictment or low voter turn out. If Bernie became the nominee (unlikely) you'd have to pray much harder.
Hillary would "Vince Foster" Bernie if he ever had a real shot at winning.

people, to a fault, want to pick the winner. many people didn't vote for Trump because they didn't think he could win. he's on a hot-streak now so a lot more of the "I want to say I voted for the winner" people are swinging to his side.....
