Those have to be military long range grade drones. That or they are putting people into close proximity of the areas being hit with the drone. A lot of the off the shelf stuff Ukraine had bought only has limited flight time and payload capacity. Much shorter range stuff.
Why we ever wanted this thing to escalate is beyond me.
