Rumor is he found out the Judge was having inappropriate relations with the sheriff's teenage daughter.
Wtf is that supposed to mean? Letcher is (very) rural, but it's not a bad place. Devasted by flooding a few years back. Now Clay County? That place is fvcked up.

A woman has filed a federal lawsuit accusing a Letcher County deputy of coercing her into sex after she couldn't afford to pay for home incarceration.

It means I was aware of the rumor but didn't want to post it, as it is a rumor, and Letcher County has been in the news for sex stuff with a deputy fvcking an inmate in the judge's chambers and another rumor that the judge is known for banging them young. So not much in that courthouse is shocking.

I never have said or inferred the sheriff didn't shoot the judge nor am I disputing that. All I have said is as of this time he is not guilty of murder. The judge could have pulled a weapon and it could have been self-defense. Prudent people wait for the facts to come out before making such a call.
