"The incident happened with tensions running high between Iran and the United States over President Donald Trump’s decision to pull the U.S. out of the Iran nuclear deal.
They are not stealing it. They pay for it...pay the Iranian subsidized price meant for domestic consumption, and sell it elsewhere at a higher price.
They are stealing it. They are smugglers getting it from other smugglers.
Gas in Iran is pennies on the dollar, and that is entirely due to the government subsidizing it. That gas is supposed to be used domestically. So when it is smuggled out, it is stealing.

It is like paying for an all-you-can-eat-buffet. The rule is that you cannot take any food out of the restaurant. You eat all of the food you want, but then you sneak in some containers and take a bunch more food to take home to feed the rest of your family/eat later.
Sure, you paid for an all-you-can-eat, but you're breaking the rules by "stealing" more food and leaving with it.

And your analogy would make more sense if an option was rolling up to the buffet with a crew armed with automatic weapons and taking out 50 gallon buckets of food. Or perhaps hijacking the delivery trucks on the way to the buffet.

That’s not what stealing implies. Go rent a car for a weekend. Pay for it. Then, close the credit card used to pay for it and avoid turning the car in for six months. Tell the judge that you didn’t steal it, because you didn’t pay “nothing” for it, since you already paid for some of it.

You disagreed with my claim that it was stolen. In doing so, you tried arguing semantics. Hypocritically, you then claimed I was the one arguing semantics.
It doesn't matter if you were trying to argue or not. When you try correcting somebody, and are wrong with your attempt, don't be surprised when somebody challenges you on it.

She is a very peculiar girl. Aloof at times, very unreliable, and not an assortment of friends one would expect a girl her age/appearance would have.
