Young people should really be careful of the things they say on social media. Being a person that hires quite a bit of mid-level management types, the first thing we do is look them up on social media sites. I can only say that the inked Jamaican would never stand a chance to get a job here, based on the content of his social media accounts. We're not alone. Most reputable employers are doing thorough searches these days, and I can assure that it's quite easy to find their social media sites.
Speaking of Libel, I'm libel to have a couple beers after reading through this site today. Very interesting stuff, and I can honestly say that Jerry Springer has nothing on this site.

For libel to be successful, one must prove a few things:
1) The person who wrote the information either knew it was false or failed to reasonably use due-diligence in checking its veracity. Since I never have bashed the new coach and never claimed he had no idea what he was doing, he is creating the fabrications, so this one is easy to prove. The new head coach has won multiple D2 national championships, so claiming he doesn't know what he is doing would be foolish. In fact, I am on record stating that I would do exactly what he did in bringing in all of his own guys who he already knows. Further, his claim that I bashed the Cookman head coach while I were still coaching there and that I bash any black hire is entirely false. His not-so-thinly-veiled accusations of racism are especially damaging.
2) The person who wrote the information had to have shared it with a third party. The record clearly shows he has done that, and he has also admitted to emailing similar information.
3) The aggrieved party must be able to show damages caused. Since I have already received two calls from friends of mine in the industry, one being from a wvu staffer, this won't be hard.
Unfortunately, Fever is worth about $27 combined with his wife. I'll gladly donate the $27 I receive to Sea World so that his family has decent living arrangements.

The best part? He works (soon to be "worked") at a staffing agency! I can't make this sh!t up if I tried. He will now try to hide his Twitter but everything has already been documented.
He was gone after being there about six months. They moved to San Diego about a year ago (information he has volunteered). But he has deep regrets about it. He was a moron while working at Hertz; he took a picture of his computer screen which had all of the customer's information on it. He was boasting about charging her $2000+ for losing a key or something like that. He's now a moron at the staffing company.

Our law firm has a libel case set to go to trial in a couple months over some very nasty and untrue posts on Facebook. I feel like this is an area where more and more cases are going to start moving forward. People seem to think they can say anything about anyone on social media without consequence.

I have been suspended and banned for using personal information (one time which I didn't, which the "victim" even admitted, and another time to expose a woman beater and scam artist who has been given a free pass to routinely threaten me with violence, use my personal information, etc). Yet, I am the one who is suspended and banned for reacting to those threats and use of personal information in the same way.
Under the last owner, I was banned for allegedly using personal information (the "victim" defended me and said it wasn't me). Yet, I showed proof that the last owner was sending me personal information of other Herd posters that he didn't like and urging me to chase them off of the board. That previous owner is now a moderator. Why was he never suspended or banned?
Last month, I was suspended for a month due to releasing personal information of somebody who has threatened violence on me numerous times, released personal information of me numerous times, and is a convicted woman beater. Yet, right after that suspension, the moderator who did it threatened me with personal information, used personal information against me, etc. Why was that moderator never suspended or banned for doing the exact same thing he suspended me for doing? Should the moderators not be held to the same or higher standard?
Fever, for years, has posted my personal information on here repeatedly. Not only was he never suspended or banned for it, but his posts were allowed to stand with my personal information without being edited or deleted? Why? Because he is a paying member.
Last night, Marine (whom I like) was offended by my factual argument regarding the education level of the military. In doing so, he used personal information against me (which he has never done before). Was he suspended or banned? Nope. Why? Because he is a paying member.

I have done it more than usual over the last month to further expose what I have already told you; the moderating choices your team is making are based on the bottom dollar instead of fairness and the rules you claim you adhere to. That is the only way to stop the personal information about me being posted. Those whom have done it have not been held accountable. Only certain people are held accountable for doing it and are suspended, banned, and have their posts deleted when doing it. Others are immune to those things.
I antagonize the people whom have done it. When they continue to do it, I respond back accordingly. Look at Fever's posts on the main board over the last month. Regardless of the topic, he always finds a way to somehow make it personal about me. If I make a fair criticism about a coaching hire, he turns it to be personal about me and uses personal information. It doesn't matter what the topic is; he will try changing it to be about me. I have called him out on it numerous times alone in the last few weeks. So, yes, I do respond the same way as he is one of those immune to having his posts deleted or be banned.
Want proof? Just Google my name. He made it a habit to use my full name and make disparaging comments about me on here. His posts were never deleted. They were around so long that the Google page reader picked up on it and saved them. Watch what happens if I do the same to somebody.
