That is an issue, but you could tell after our win they were dejected. I was worried they'd hang their heads the rest of the season and tarnish our win.
Appy State won 52-21. Is our win back to being a good one?

The dude wrote the article after our game with EKU and basically trashed Wells saying he couldn’t play for WVU.
Hell they said Randy Moss couldn’t play up there. Real experts.
Who cares what anyone associated with them has to say? They’ve never done anything important and can’t even play the other major university in the state. Insecure bunch for sure, and not worth mentioning.
Actually, the regular guys on the week night Sports Line on Metro News out of Morgantown positively noted Wells' play during one of their shows in the week after our win over EKU. They noted the HC at WVU at the time Wells was being recruited out of HS was Dana Hungoveragain. Tony Caridi or one of his Metro News sidekicks commented that Dana H. didn't have a high opinion of in state talent in general.
Of course, we all know that ole Dana's vision isn't exactly 20/20, which is, I understand, a side effect of his preferred exercise regimen: an almost nightly routine of curling shot glasses while perched on a bar stool in his favorite Morgantown watering hole!!
