Yes, that is correct, and it doesn't take a lot of logic to understand it.

The national seed rankings are based on the entire season, the larger sample size. The result you are referencing is one game.

What is a better judge of a team's value- all of their games in the season or a single game? Exactly.

NIU beat Notre Dame in football this year. Which team would Marshall have a better chance of beating, NIU or ND? Exactly, NIU. Just because NIU beat them in one game doesn't make them a better team.

You try so hard to argue with me and find a logical error by me that it makes you look like a fool trying to defend the positions that you do.
