The NCAA DI Men’s Soccer Committee announces its Top-16 teams for results through October 27, 2022.

The last time I looked Marshall’s RPI was in the high 20’s.

Must be several rating systems. Otherwise, how can we be #6 in one and not even rated in another?

MU is 6 in the voting poll. They are in the 20’s in the Ratings Percentage Index. Poll ratings are subjective, RPI is objective.

Marshall screwed themselves by drawing with Coastal and losing to ODU (even though they outshot both of them by a combined like 35+).

We need to absolutely dominate JMU Tuesday. A few of those Top 16 teams have already lost since they released the rankings.

In the end I project us to get a 14-16 seed.

Agree.

Marshall had no room for error in their final stretch of games considering the competition was so low.

They made 2 brutal errors and these are the results of that.
