First let me apologize, I was being a jack ass trying to make a joke in response to your serious question.
Milford is a small town between Cincy and Oxford notorious for game day traffic jams in and out of Oxford.
I don’t know where the RV parking is located, hopefully a poster will help you locate the lot.

Getting in and out of Oxford is a traffic nightmare. Go early and stay late. Been there for football and basketball.
