You have never struck me as the most religious (never mind spiritual) type, so it went right over your head. I know who Walker is, I know he is a Baptist preacher, and I know the most important decision we ever face is if we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Then comes decisions on what kind of son/brother/husband/father/friend we will be, the example we will set for others, etc. Hyperbole does not serve Walker well when he is (supposedly) in a role more important than that of a stupid politician.

And yeah you can get a cheap CLA or C Class Mercedes cheaper than most pickups, and comparing E Class means you bought too fancy of a truck. But I am talking S Class, playa. I'm pretty sure those start just under $100k.

No. He's just a Baptist preacher that understands the reality that Jesus isn't coming into your hospital room to deliver you your treatment options or perform that heart cath procedure when you need it.

He's smart enough to understand that most aren't even looking for Jesus/eternal life answers until that doctor tells them that their chest needs cracked open to bypass a blocked artery or are told the probability of not surviving such an event.

I can only imagine the (faux) outrage had a republican lawmaker (regardless of profession) been asked about healthcare policy from a healthcare publication and answered with references to "eternal life" decisions.

I'm not outraged at the guy. I am just kind of surprised at him. Congress and a whorehouse have many things in common, and one is they are not good places for a minister to do business.

No, my real outrage is that we are just going to keep on doing half-assed measures on health care. Much like the ACA, nothing I see here is really going to solve the free-rider problem nor slow rising costs.
