The majority of people don't like our Congress, our politicians. Our Presidential race is a circus.Americans have just accepted lying and corruption from politicians as the norm.

We are trillions in debt.

Young people killing young people in places like Chicago for no reason.

Something has got to change or it is over.

Oh, and you should actually read the WHO report instead of their rankings. Quality of care is simply one component of the equation, equal to other components such as "financial fairness". You will also note that the countries listed above the United States are either small geographically or have significant population clusters. The US is vast with many areas of sizable, but dispersed, population. This makes the delivery of healthcare much more problematic.

The WHO ranks health care systems, not health care, there is a major difference. A country that was only 500 square miles that built hospitals every 20 miles and provided "free" healthcare would rank better than the United States even if everyone who walked through the doors died of an infection within 20 minutes of arrival.

The efficacy of the BCG vaccine across clinical trials is not great. It can be effective in some populations, but it's not like how we think of really great vaccines like polio, hepatitis, etc.
