Kind of reminds me of kids who sustain a broken arm and opt for the line green cast so they can stand out. I would have asked for one of those neutral colored bandages if an ear injury had happen to me.
I’ll have to get some of those. I always use the Black thumbs up emoji so I want to stay consistent.

I had a chance to handle an AR recently. I was surprised; I found the weapon heavy and awkward. I’m no weapons expert, but I don’t see this firearm as anything I would want for hunting or home defense.

What type of AR? It is a fabulous weapons platform. Usually the M4 variant is not heavy and has the shorter barrel. Even the old M16 series is not heavy. If you had a 7.62 version or another it would be heavier.

The weapon was an AR 15 that belonged to a colleague who is a gun collector. The only other high powered rifle I have ever held is the M16. I was trained on that weapon during Army basic training.
