Slogans, especially excuse based slogans like “trust the process” are things losers say. Winners just point to their results. Something CH cannot do.

Do you recruit for only one player, for one season then stop? Do you never have a change in your staff or organization and not replace them? Do you practice only 1 day a week or for 1 game and quit? Does going to the gym 1 time make you fit? Do you only attend 1 meeting to understand a plan? Does doing something one time make it a habit? "Process" is an ongoing thing. Never stops.

Of course, you have stated you would be rooting for NM St. next season. Please go ahead. They need your kind of fandom.

1 year coaches get canned very often, The wide receivers did a lot of things badly last season, yes our QB sucked but we did dropa lot of passes, we ran wrong routes and so on. Maybe this was all because no one cared and no one really has having fun, IDK. But for a New head coach to simply pick a unproven guy for a Position that we very badly need is a lazy ass move.. and besides that Trickett never proved himself worth keeping… fire the whole offensive staff from last season!!! They all sucked!
