You really think BIden could have had something like Warp Speed? No way. Democrats would have had committees and tied massive spending for vaccines, treatments, and setting up triage systems and tied it up studying cow farts and the ozone layer. There is no data that a vax'd person has more immunity than a previously infected person. in fact, my most recent read of the literature suggests native immunity may confer more protection.
There should be an antibody test option.
