Unrealistic: Pete Golding. While being at Ole Miss, many people around here call him the best coach on staff, and he is paid like it too (2.2ish Mil). I feel like it is unrealistic because of the pay, and if he were willing to take a cut to be a HC, a P4 school would say, no need for a pay cut, come coachere here, but he would be my dream.
Realistic: I have two. Brent Vigen, who just undefeated again at Montana State and is up for FCS HC of the Year, and Brennan Marion who is the QB/OC at UNLV. Love both of them. Hartley is onbviously an optin here too, but I figure many of yall will mention him
