WHY?...He's the son of Scott Frost...I would bet he is a disciple of Frost's teachings. He has learned under some gifted coaches...earning his wings.

Heupel was fired from his Alma mater because he was terrible.

Some days I agree with you Bleeds. I'm a long ways from perfect...but I try each day to spread Love & Hope for all folks. I just get a little "carried away" at times and my fingers think for me...BIG OUCH!!!!!!!! ha ha ha

I can see value to this hire more than Heupel......Randy still is highly connected in South Florida even at his age....He now recruits the kids of his former players at the U.....He can provide a wealth of experience (good and bad) for Josh....
I mean, this team is 12-0 and returns most everyone on offense. The new coach just needs to keep the train rolling and we can sleep walk to 42 points a game next season.

As we in HERD land are well aware of, having a “recruiting titan” in Florida means absolutely nothing if they can’t coach the talent. And quite honestly, I’m not sure Huepel is that guy. Time will tell, but I don’t think he’s on Frost level
