For the first time I can remember, there is no game thread today. A website for rabid fans, a road game, and no game thread. You see this, MH and Doc? Truly hardcore fans are losing interest, and losing it very quickly.

Maybe the best thang that can happen is for Marshall to lose out and I say this only because it might take that for MH to actually take a look at what's going on with the football team.I hate to see Marshall playing like this but something HAS TO CHANGE
Why bother to talk about the game while it's on? It's like having a chat watching Andy Griffith reruns- we already know what is going to happen.

Well yeah, that's the point. Since when do we expect losing against conference opponents? This season is a dumpster fire.
It absolutely is. I don't see another win this year except maybe FIU.

I agree, the D improved. They gave the O enough chances to score. Pitiful offensive production, just pitiful.
It's like in the movie Christmas Story, just after the Bumpases' (sp?) dogs tore through the kitchen and destroyed the turkey. No more turkey sandwiches, no turkey casserole, turkey pot pie, turkey salad, turkey ala king....all ruined.

The sign of a real dumpster fire is losing veteran players mid-season which appears to be happening. Doc refuses to acknowledge that the reason we are so thin and young is because of the massive amounts of attrition with our roster each year. One is a huge loss for next season. You can't just replace a starting would be senior Dtackle on a unit that is already struggling. Just keeps getting worse...
You are correct sir. USM has talent, but our new coaching staff is very shaky. We may loose to UNCC also and I am not kidding.

The fans can dictate MH's decisions and force his hand by letting the athletic department know that they, as a fan and booster, will withhold their donation until changes are made. He will have to listen to the money.
The fans have quit. This is the first year since MS where we will have 2 home games which mean nothing whatsoever. Live gate for both will be awful. This truly is playing out the string.
Next year does not excite me. Same team back. Losers. We should be in the market for a juco or grad transfer QB, certainly.

Well, to be honest for the first time in years, I did not even pay attention to the game, watch(TV or NET), listen on the net, or even check the score until sunday morning. Back in the 1-AA days when I could not watch or listen to the game was constantly checking ESPN on dial up to check the score. My reasoning is not due to losing, it is due to both players and coaches seeming to give up the season. Makes me sick to even think out guys could do that.
