I make time to go to a lot of stand-up shows. Norm is the best I have ever seen. He catered an entire routine tailored to D.C. . . . and the things he talked about were about things within just a couple of days that had happened in the city, so he was writing and using a routine to each specific city.

Unfortunately, his recent Netflix special was very average.
