Obamacare Ruled Unconstitutional

Didn't the Supreme Court already rule on this? (not that I agree with their ruling by any stretch of the imagination)
The basic gist of the ruling is that the Chief Justice saved Obamacare by ruling that the Mandate was a tax and then the Congress and its past session changed that line item in the law therefore undoing what Robert said written in his opinion
This sounds like one of those “activist judges”. However, we’re about to learn from conservatives on this board that judges can only be considered “activist” if they disagree with the ruling.

Throwing out the baby with the bathwater....again, it won't hold on appeal. It's also twisted logic in declaring an entire piece of legislation crap because a previously contested (and upheld) part is gone. Yes, you can probably find a blog saying otherwise...and that opinion would be wrong.
The activist judge will be the one that overrules the Texas judge. The Texas judge was following the constitution and using some common sense.
Maybe you could tamper with their accounts also....you know, just to pass the time.

I’m okay with anything that throws healthcare into the public debate. Obamacare wasn’t the answer, but it was at least an attempt. Striking it down should not be considered a victory unless there is something better to replace it with. That’s my concern with this administration and it’s followers. It isn’t about solving the problem so much as it is in destroying the attempt of its predecessor. They are spiking the ball and performing their touchdown dance after a three yard gain without the endzone in sight. Personally I don’t know how anyone can celebrate the demise of an attempted fix without a new one to take its place.
This country needs to decide whether they want to truly reform healthcare, which would mean that there would be losers among those who are currently enriching themselves in the system, or continue it as it was where only those by virtue of their lot in life have access.

When the only solutions being offered are enriching government and government bureaucrats and stifling research and development I'm not really sure I see any benefits to what's being offered by the Left. "Tax the rich and cut defense spending and put in single-payer" is not a serious thing.
It is laughable the way that some who try to act like they are in the middle and not of either party always seem to agree with the propaganda scare mongering of one side.
One thing I see being offered up by Democrats is Medicare for all. As someone who spends a good bit of his time hearing stories about the abhorrent care that veterans receive in the VA system and about the full-time job of keeping track of your Medicare I can't imagine that's a rational way forward.
Obamacare personally hurt me, caused me to lose my doctor and made my healthcare impossibly expensive. As someone who is considered self-employed for tax purposes I had to pay a tax professional to help with the paperwork because I was in danger of having to pay fines for not having a health care that I couldn't afford to begin with.

At least be honest with what Obamacare was. It was an attempt to destroy private and employer based health care and push folks to a government based system. It was particularly punsishing upon the middle class, working poor, small and medium size business. Not to mention the self employed.
Obamacare was a way to grow the over bloated government and create more dependency.
Plain and simple.
You made those changes for attention and so you'd have something to complain about.
