Old games Archive on YouTube

I would love to see some tech savvy soul on here build a forum for old Herd games to be uploaded so we could watch them. There are a few out there on You Tube ,but games like the Georgia game in 2003 for example I can't find. If anyone has some of the old games on VHS or whatever I would bet many of us would love to watch them.I know Dunk has the newer ones but I am talking 10-15 years ago.

I have thought about doing it. I have probably 90% of every televised win going back to the opening of the Joan. I have a couple of the games from Fairfield I think.

I thought about uploading them for everyone, but wasn't sure what copyright laws I would be breaking. I don't know if Marshall holds the rights to those games, the visiting teams, or the networks that broadcasted them.

Youtube clamps down on posting copyrighted material. It would take me a while to get all of them uploaded, but if I had concrete info on this I would do it in heartbeat. I wonder who I could talk to at Marshall about this.

Do you have some of the I-AA playoff games from the 1990's?

I reached out and was told I would be in violation of copyrights because of it being a full broadcasts.

While there are people that do it, they could be in trouble if the owner of the copyright took action.

I just don't even want to deal with it. I have been asked in the past by other entities to remove videos I've uploaded. Considering the amount of games we're talking I would draw attention pretty quick.

Do you have some of the I-AA playoff games from the 1990's?

I have several of them. Have have a 4 TB drive nearly full of old games.
