Its a perfect time for our fearless "leader" (Obummer) to say the situation is too tough and hard for us to figure out. Time to leave all operations in Syria too. Give up, cut and run. That way Russia doesn't bomb us anymore.
So after centuries of conflict in the middle East, and after inheriting gobbledygook foreign policy from war hungry conservatives, the Obama administration hasn't entirely straightened things out. Drats.
That's not even remotely what anyone has said in this thread, but if you have to make shit up to support your argument, you might want to rethink your position to begin with.
You originated this thread with nonsensical Obama bashing, and it has been nothing other than that from conservative posters since. I know your position is anti Obama, every time. Mine is not, so no, I've made nothing up and I don't need to rethink my position.
It's nonsense that Putin has stepped in and put Russia in a position of power/authority in the middle east, all the while thumbing his nose at the President and U.S.? Well, alrighty then.
Lord Vladimir has no more power in the middle East today than he did 10 years ago. And you're all scared and in a tizzy because some second rate bully wannabe has thumbed his nose at Obama and the U S. Just like he did when Bush was in office.

This is why I called everyone that ran to herdhaven lames, this is a message board and the fact that people like you and rifle make me laugh is that you take this personal. Now I been on this board forever, and I guess over time some people just don't like me. So let me get this straight. We and our coalition Allied's have flown over 7,200 air sorties against ISIS targets and the Russians have flown one and Putin has cut off the POTUS balls? Yeah OK. Lol.

So you claim I look stupid to others??? That's weird. Most of what I've been reading from others on this thread (and other threads) is that "YOU" are the one that is stupid. "YOU" are the one that is acting like a vagina. "You" are a "rat". Nice attempt to deflect, but everyone appears to be laughing at you....not me. You are the punch line. You only add to the humor with the fact that you suggest I (and Rifle) take things personal while you run crying to the mods or administrators complaining about what someone says about you. You have done more towards me in the form of direct name calling than I have ever done to you. And yet....I'm not the one complaining about personal attacks and whining for admin back up. That's the definition of lame ("pussy" actually).
Back to the "side note" question..... Why do you consider my referring to you living with your mother as a personal attack? That assertion only makes sense if you actually believe that a 28 yr old working male living with his mommy (all the while bragging about other personal lifestyle expenditures that go beyond ones normal living expenses) makes one a bit of a.... loser.

Well, lets get this straight..... the "one" sortie the Russians have flown happen to target our allies in the region and NOT ISIS.....so you tell us. What should that be called?
Just dropped a news article on here , draw your own conclusion(s). See what pans out over the next few days and we will see if in fact this is all or partially true.
They have run sorties they just are not taking out targets. Hell look at DOD statements.
