With a win over WKU Doc will get his 50th career win. If we can keep him around a while he could easily become the all time most wins at Marshall.
Current list:
1. Bob Pruett 94-23 - 9 seasons
2. Cam Henderson 68-46 -12 seasons
3. Jim Donnan 64-21- 6 seasons
4. Doc Holiday 49-27 (9-2 this year) year 6 in progress
Not trying to stir things up but if you subtract BP 1996 season and only count D1 records it looks like this.
8 years for BP = 79-23
year 6 for Doc 49-27 with 2 maybe 3 games left.
All the more impressive in Marshall football history when you consider he had to take his first 2-3 years to rebuild all the gains from the late 80's through the early 2000's. I think we are fortunate to have him.
