So you don't think that with a liberal judge, liberal DA, with a liberal jury, in a liberal county, in a state that the Democrats rigged the election, they can't get a conviction??

Oh, he'll be convicted in Georgia. Unfortunately for Greed and lefties everywhere, that conviction will never withstand actual Constitutional scrutiny on appellate review. It may make it past the Georgia appellate courts - I don't know their make-up. Ultimately, it will be overturned. You can't force a statute to fit your narrative. Either the conduct meets the elements, or it does not.
