Current potus is not sitting in a court room under 88 felony indictments, didn't engage in insurrection, didn't attempt to overturn a free and fair election, didn't have an affair with a porn star after cheating on his present and 2 former wives, has not been found liable for sexual abuse, defamation, and fraud, isn't under a court gag order, and didn't refuse to return U S top secret classified documents.

But he is guilty of creating the record for the most jobs in U S history, record GDP, record disposable income, 27 consecutive months of UE below 4%, and record stock market.
