Agreed. Our offense relies on a nimble qb who can move around, rollout of the pocket and birdsong just looked horrible. The O line is clearly not as good as they said it would be. We were FLAT emotion wise. Play calling was vanilla -not enough creativity. D gave us a chance outside the stupid penalties on that last td series. Very dissapointing but we hopefully this makes the fire burn in them. I fear our coaches are too stubborn to try gunnar
If you assume that you have to go undefeated, Temple plays Notre Dame, Western Kentucky plays Louisiana State, and BYU plays UCLA and Missouri. Toledump's only challenge is Little 8er Iowa State next week. Toledump is the clubhouse leader right now. Along with OU. A winnable game versus Big 10 bottom feeder Minnesota and the rest of their schedule is crap.
Anyway, even if we go 12-1, (we will go 8-4 or 7-5) we are out, because our one loss will be very inferior to other one loss teams, even if there are no undefeated teams.
Legg was his old self, LOST! OL needs a LOT of work. DJ and company can't run if our line doesn't block. We need to give our other QBs a try this week. We need to be run more than 3 or 4 plays on offense. I see another 3 to four losses maybe 5 if we don't correct the the problems.
