Agree. How tough is it to learn the numbers or go to Herdzone and print off a roster?

I think the reason why this is difficult for most casual fans is because the players frequently change numbers from year to year (more than I ever remember happening before), and you have a lot of guys with the same number, playing on different sides of the ball. It gets pretty confusing, and it can be hard to track at game speed, even with a roster sheet, a program and an abacus on your lap.

When you are sitting in row 35 you can't read the names anyhow, but you can see the NUMBERS.

I think a number of these wins are direct result of the names on the other jerseys. I've seen better talent at a Ritter park sandlot game than 3/4 of what's in this pathetic conference.
