I know there is considerable buzz about Iowa State's Rasir Bolton coming to the Herd. It seems a man tweeted it was about to happen. I can tell you that even the staff was surprised to see that tweet. Yes, we talk with him daily but it is not a done deal.
He along with Andrew in the backcourt would be a dynamic duo along with Kinsey, but we need to be patient on this one.
We are in on a BIG guy from a power conference that would be an absolute stud inside, but we are in a battle with other power conferences for his services.

Per Verbal Commits, the big guy we were working on is headed to Ohio State. I have seen nothing official from him however

He's not their first choice. Couple other PGs out of B1G are options 1 & 2, which you eluded to. They may end up not taking a PG at all. They really only have one open spot, assuming nobody else hits the portal. They also need another big man too, but ultimately could go with one of the incoming freshmen, although that's not the preference as they want the guy to play the 4.

Yes. That was him. We knew it would come down to Iowa, OSU and us. He liked us mainly due to the chance to play away from the basket
