Here at Marshall we value accountability and transparency.
He requested the receipt by snail mail... and it was to be transported and delivered by an actual snail.
As the elected and people's choice moderator of Pullman Square, it is my duty to request a public displayed receipt from Sam. When poster's make a pubilcly agreed uopon bet that is agreed upon by all parties involved then the bet should be honored and made public record.
Damn, that was a bad day when LT COL Henry Blake got killed.
