Ryder Cup

And DeChambeau just about falls down walking off the tee after putting his tee shot in the water...that’s kind of symbolic of the week.

The emotional stakes have certainly got high. Is there a greater home field/court/course advantage in sports?

Without giving it a great deal of thought, I'm not sure there is. Europe views this competition as a big time event, while the US at times, seems to only be going through the motions. I understand how the US team is selected, but it just seems we have better players that get left off, ones that are more suited for this style of play. Snedecker is a prime example. Michelson should have been left at home.

USA needs to get passed the let's just put the next couple of guys in line on the team. The whole Tiger and Phil thing did put them in a pickle. Tough situation to tell them no. Tiger had nothing left in the tank and Phil hadn't played well in 3 months. Tiger should have played less and Phil I don't know.

But, the pairing were bad. Reed and Tiger? Phil and Dechambeu? Apparantly Reed and Speith can't get along. Reed is a dick and Jordan is a whiner sometimes. They were a good pairing but now can't get along.
