Right now Akron's Zips are getting "Zipped" by FAU in their bowl game on ESPN. Currently 50-3!

After our game with Akron last season at the Joan, I'm enjoying every minute of it. Sideline shots of Zips coach Terry Bowden looks like his fallen arches are killing him and his roids are acting up!! Luv it. Bowden looks a pint sized version of another EERdiot, Huggy Bear. He's about as wide as he is tall and looks about a foot or so shorter than Huggs.

ESPN is giving a lot of love to FAU, Kiffin and their star running back, who has had a big night. Mentioned that the Owls play UCF next season and I believe open at Oklahoma. A lot of positive pub flowing toward the CUSA champs, and, to some extent the league, its football future with Kiffin's long term deal, etc. Too damn bad the league doesn't have any tv deals anymore with the ESPN networks - - -could you imagine a possible national broadcast on one of their networks of a night game in the Joan between Kiffin's Owls and the Herd?

Lane can't have that kind of slow start against Oklahoma or they'll be down 35-7 before halftime.

UCF on the other hand...probably gon a beat them because UCF gets bad after a good season.

Hanging love on "controversial" or "up and coming" coaches is on Page One of the ESPN Manual. Lame's name can be tossed about on every "embrace debate" show they have, from PTI to Finebaum. Gives them something to argue about when not lecturing normal America about race and politics.

You do know that both Doc and Legg are "eerdiots?

FAU is going to be the best team in the conference next year and I fully expect our game with them to determine the CUSA champion... The Owls return pretty much everybody on defense and a majority of their offensive skill players, including QB, RB and top WR... Not to mention, Kiffin is going to recruit good athletes in South Florida.

Kiffin did not sign a 10 year deal unless the school had something in mind. I expect them to make a jump in Conference soon

10 year deal doesn’t mean anything. That was for show, recruiting and a buyout. I will be shocked if Kiffin is still the coach there in two or three years. Anybody that believes he will see the end of this contract needs to visit me to buy some ocean front property in Pike County KY.
