I read an article at collegefootballtalk that made the statement within it that while at Stanford Jim Harbuagh used innovative conditioning techniques that lead his team to being healthier than his opponents and therefore they were less banged up by years end. For those of you who are into this sort of thing, what did he do exactly? Is everyone in college football copying that now? Are we?
