the DNC claimed the FBI "never requested" to investigate their hacked servers.

Comey testified Tuesday in front of the Senate intelligence committee that they made "several requests" to examine the servers and were denied. he said the DNC outsourced the investigation to a 3rd party security firm despite requests from "multiple levels of authority" for an FBI forensics investigation...

Surely the FBI would have some proof they made the requests. Sounds like word games to me from either the DNC or FBI, or both.
