Got banned the first time for making a factual statement on the baseball facility cost.
I am willing to sit down with the site owner and moderation team to work on a fair and logical conclusion to this. I think we would be able to come to some understanding and fair resolution.

I'm out of the loop on this topic, but someone was banned because they made a factual statement about the cost of the baseball stadium?
I blame the ghost of Rifle on this one…..
If someone a true factual statement on this website on any topic, then something wrong with the website and / or the person doing the banning.
Now if the person that was banned made a statement that was completely out of line and / or grossly false and reflected poorly on Marshall then a punishment must be applied but only to the degree of the of the inflected pain.
Also, the person making the statement must be given the opportunity to defend the so-called offense before the punishment can be applied.
I am hoping that this website has NOT become a WOKE WEBSITE and started cancelling people because it does not allow a fair and honest discussion.

Welp, I’m told it was something like this. The thread about having 8 million dollars in donations for the new baseball stadium, and he asked how much is that 8 million dollars worth today in Joe Bidens economy and got banned for doing so. Seems harsh to me
Should never been banner for that statement since it's the truth. It appears someone cannot stand the truth in today's economy.
legitimate question...do the mods not realize cost of goods and inflation impacts the dollars purchasing power? that's a shocking reason to be banned.
Using Biden's name made it a political commentary. Not allowed. He could have asked the question leaving Biden's name out and would not have been banned

My using Biden's name was not with a positive or negative implication. I would hope that is OK. Pullman Square is where you can talk politics and editorialize.

Clearly he's pro Biden with that rhetoric that doesn't belong here. Simply stating that Biden is in WH, this is his economy and we are experiencing record inflation is all factual. Simply passively mentioning that as it relates MU facilities cost seems like appropriate discussion here. Are we going to pretend inflation doesn't impact our cost on facilities?

That is not what I said at all. Forum administrators need to come up with a way to keep folks from editorializing the comments of others.
Bottom line is people have become to darn soft. Even if he made the statement to take a jab at Biden it shouldn't have been ban worthy. I swear can people not read past something and move on. IF anyone was offended by what Michigan posted then you really need to take a long long look at your life and sack up.
