Stub hub refund

I bought some awesome seats for the USC game that obviously will go unused. Anybody have personal experience with how stub hub works with matters like this?

I talked with them this evening, via the chat feature online. I was told their "team" would have to recognize the game was cancelled and not postponed. Could take 72 hours. Then a refund in 3-5 business days.

They'll send you an email within 5 days of cancellation providing you the steps to get full refund of ticket price and all fees.
