But the school systems are top 5 so naturally properly taxes will be higher. Gross income is also rated highest in the country

BMI only sends royalty checks to people who have credits as a producer/composer/writer. I showed that BMI sends me a check every quarter. I also showed that just this year alone, I have 10-11 credits as either a composer/producer/writer.

You don't immediately cease to exist right after that. 11 years ago, his other show was having guests including Pamela Anderson, Dave Navarro, Val Kilmer, Andy Dick, Carson Daly, etc. on his show. Non-celebrities or no-names don't get those kinds of guests, especially 11 years ago when those people were even bigger than they are now. Hell, he was still married to Drew Barrymore 16 years ago.

I have at least two more other than this buried within 20,000 pics on my iPad (when I was giving you all of the options a couple of days ago, I found a bunch of other pictures with people that I had never posted on social media on my iPad. It's a pain in the ass to go through that many pics to find them). One of those other two is from this same night. There is at least one more floating around somewhere that was sent to me, but I'll have to find where it is.
