FSU did play without their starting QB and for most of the first half basically played a walk on at QB, sorry that makes a big difference. Without the starting QB FSU is not top 20 team let alone top 10.
So it begins......

I guess FSU's defense had a bunch of starters out as well??So it begins......

Ratings mean nothing, he is their 3rd string QB at the end of the day.You mean this "walk -on" who played some in the first half ... J.J. Cosentino .....who was a top 15 in country / 4 star QB in 2014.
Nobody told Houston they had no chance. The AAC might not have had the best post season but they were the best G5 conference this regular season and their champion took down easily the ACC champion. DShoe was right.
Well you don't have to lie to make a point.... there's a big difference between FSU using a 4 star recruit than a walk-on, that you tried to call himRatings mean nothing, he is their 3rd string QB at the end of the day.
That is your nionYes you can, but you are wrong
The only think I know about FSU is they had uspam for lunch at Bobby Bowden's going away party.I guess FSU's defense had a bunch of starters out as well??
Yep, not why my old brain thought of them as the ACC champs. Regardless, it's funny watching herd fans try to talk down the AAC. WKU might have competed in the AAC but beyond that, nobody else.Clemson was the ACC champion dumb ass....... FSU lost 2 conference games finishing behind UNC and tied with Pitt.................but i guess using 'eer math FSU was undefeated........
i miss the smack board
If that is true then it is also safe to say wvu would have finished 5th or 6th.Yep, not why my old brain thought of them as the ACC champs. Regardless, it's funny watching herd fans try to talk down the AAC. WKU might have competed in the AAC but beyond that, nobody else.

Coogs at the Joan including Holgy and Keenum......0 wins - 2 losses. Texas teams like o fer 13 and counting. Sagarin says 3 pts for home field.....I would say 7 or more for the Herd at the Joan.
So let this put to rest how bad C-USA is once and for all. It is a solid G-5 conference.
Nobody cares what you think. Now go away. For the record here is how people around the USA view wvwho in football- (Vanderbillt, Kansas, WVU, Wake Forest,Duke, Iowa State, Indiana and Purdue) The P5 and the scrub 8!How the college football world and any rating system actually views CUSA:
-below the AAC and MWC
-above the Sun Belt
-slightly above/on par with the MAC

Regardless, you are every bit the stoned air head you were on TITM. You show you are a dumb ass and in the same paragraph try to pretend Herdies are in your idiot boat. Go make yourself useful. Take you dumpster fire someplace else.Yep, not why my old brain thought of them as the ACC champs. Regardless, it's funny watching herd fans try to talk down the AAC. Too much common sense for a stoned one to handle.Houston saved the AAC a lot of face.. But to say that no one in our league would have competed in the AAC beyond WKU is a joke.. UConn won 4 conference games including knocking off Houston was competitive in a couple other league games (lost 28-20 to USF and 28-19 to Navy).. CUSA had at least 5 teams better than UConn.. I think it's safe to we had teams beyond WKU that would have been competitive in that league
If you look at the G5 conferences here is an interesting take.
Schools with 9 or more wins this season.
MAC- 2
MWC- 2
Sun Belt- 3
AAC- 4
C-USA- 4
Bowl records this season
MAC- 3-4
MWC- 4-4 * 2 teams from MWC played each other
Sun Belt- 2-2
AAC- 2-6
C-USA- 3-2
Looks to me like nobody dominated anything this season. So let this put to rest how bad C-USA is once and for all. It is a solid G-5 conference.

Duke did have a good year. Puts them on top of the 8 pile.Revise your list. Duke did or would beat every team listed you this year.

You have a weird view of smack. And no I don't profess to be up on Duke football. 3 years does not a strong history make.In fact it was there poorest year since '12, Duke football smack, lol.

Just kidding around.
Duke was known as a football school from the 30's thru the 70's even though basketball was very good and went to three FF in the 60's. The powers that be made the decision that football success couldn't be sustained w/o a huge commitment so the program was allowed to fall into bad shape with a few good seasons here and there. 30 years of neglect left Duke at the bottom of the barrel but with the hiring of Cutcliffe and a large influx of booster money things have turned around. Marshall and Duke both sustained near death blows to their football programs with Duke's being self inflicted and Marshall's of course from the crash. I'm proud to be a fan and booster of both schools.
Wow, you mean you are supposed to wait until an entire season, including the bowls are played to figure out which conference is this or that, for that year? And also to look over a much longer period of time to judge conference quality as a normalized trend over an era?
Not just get all puffy because a team destined for a mediocre season and a a**whipping by 6-6 Auburn upset a very mediocre Mississippi State team ONCE on a random Saturday in mid October?
Wish I had said that.
Pretty much the same as 8-5 school in Southern PA.List of notable CUSA wins from this season?
