The Dow Jones annual return.

I’m sorry but I can’t take anything greed says seriously. When he posts, all I read is “I’m a Scientologist...I’m a Scientologist.“

Overwhelms anything he could otherwise be saying on here.

You should have never asked me about growing my business, liarherdfan. Anyone who has been on this board for the last 3 years should have known that I wasn't attempting to grow my business, but you're just now figuring out that semi retirement is a good indicator I'm not trying to grow a business. Oh, wait a minute, you haven't figured that out.
If you aren’t attempting to grow your business is it really a business or more of a hobby

I would think it is both. Hope everyone on here has the opportunity to retire with a partime business/ hobby and spend time with their grandkids. Seems like greed actually might be doing something right.

Imagine, if you will, another "Christian" bigot on the board.

All of this talk about "semi-retirement" meaning failure means you deplorables are calling one of your own, the banker, a failure.

He is the one who recently claimed to be semi-retired and simply working whenever he wants as a consultant because he claims he enjoys it.

Does that mean he is a window teller or coin roller?

I just got a nice 5 figure bonus from my company. The largest I've ever received by far.

you gonna put it in the stock market?
Ominous-sounding death crosses have been emerging in the stock market like weeds, with the latest — and arguably, the last important such cross — about to take hold in the Dow.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.79% is on the verge of joining other major equity benchmarks in a so-called death cross, where the 50-day — a short-term trend tracker — crosses below the 200-day, used to determine a long-term trend in an asset. Chart watchers believe that such a cross marks the point where a shorter-term decline graduates to a longer-term downtrend.

Well he sure as hell won't entrust a loony bird like you to help invest it, that's for sure.

Sounds like you should liquidate your 1 share portfolio of HMNY.

I think I have something like 14,000 shares of HMNY (unless that second reverse split went through that I kept receiving voicemails trying to get my vote about). Once I sell those 14,000 shares, I should be able to get someting off of the Wendy's value menu.

I’m starting to think liarherdfan and Michigan Herd are trump top financial advisors.

But of course liarherdfan is minting money now.

Are the higher interest rates killing your trailer park sales?
When you have almost 2000 lots with an average monthly lease of $400 in 55 and over communities the answer is no. And a retention rate of almost 90 percent is the icing on the cake. When I add to my portfolio I usually pay cash unless I have a tax incentive to finance. It’s a fairly recession and inflation proof business.

You’ll get it one day Michigan Herd fan.

What's the point of this thread? Who wouldn't take an annual return of 8.5% on an investment?

If I promised you that if you hand me $100,000 that I guarantee you get $117,722.50 back in two years, would you take that or not?

I just want you to pay me the $100 murox owes me. You promised to meet me twice and backed out both times. So no, your promises aren’t worth shit.

why would he pay you the hundred bucks? get your own money

During the discussion about how to get CR the money, BC ejaculated that he would be the pivot man in exchanging the money. BC had an agreement with both Murox and CR for this. BC entered into an agreement, multiple times, to meet CR to handy the money to him. Both times, BC reneged on his part of the transaction leaving CR with blue balls.

BC offered - wasn't asked - to be the pivot man. He made two agreements with specifics of when and where. He reneged on both.

I am making all kinds of money. As for the market, that is why I keep stockpiles of cash as well as being in the market. IDGAF who the POTUS is. Play it safe.
