these have been placed in several parks and cities. seems to be a running social media "gag". i've tried to imagine what would happen if the same type of statue was placed of Hillary or O'bama...but i can't. i can only see visions of fires, rioting, and claims of sexism/racism...

The reason you don't see any Hillary statues is it would be too expensive. The artist would not only have to create one of Hillary but also a team of handlers to keep her upright.
