Joe Biden is no longer president and he said that five years ago. Regardless, he shouldn't have made that promise because it's not practical.
But, I'll get right on going backwards in time and retroactively finding things to complain about. Let's start with me being pi$$ed off about it taking 40 years to certify the 19th Amendment. That was bull$hit!
