I do not understand how your refined palate for hops can drink Maxwell House.

Have you ever had freshly roasted single origin coffee before?

Go find you a coffee shop . Preferably they have a they/them barista with an unnatural hair color, because they know their shit at the coffee shop, and order a pour over of their most expensive beans. It'll change your life. I'm not talking syrups or flavors, I'm talking high quality beans, fresh roasted, ground in front of you, and then prepared in real time.

Maxwell House is a major step up from growing up in the holler drinking Nescafe instant. Old lady buys the expensive beans and does the pour overs on the weekends. I just stick with MH to wash down the pills that keep me alive. I'm also getting close to my fighting weight. Down 14 lbs with 13 more to go. Been on a no sugar, no carb diet for five weeks. These cereals I've been eating taste like an old newspaper smothered with watered down milk. Blueberries and raspberries help add some taste, but nothing that's good can be eaten. Watched the old lady eat a tenderloin last night while I had a spoon full of peanut butter and some cauliflower.
