The NMSU athletic director just had a Reddit Q&A where he would respond to any questions from fans. He did a great job engaging the fans, giving them access to a look inside the programs, and answering their questions. Hell of a way to excite fans and make them feel like they are a part of the department and invested in the success:

Our AD answers questions every Thursday night at Fat Patty's. At least he did last year, I assume the show is still on the air.
It is and Hamrick will give you pretty solid answers too. I don’t know too many ADs that would do it.
