This gives me a raging Herd On!

Players like the mix and match uni schemes. IIRC black is now an official school color.

It always has been. Some just refuse to accept it for some reason. Our uniforms have almost always contained KG, W, and Black. Save for the silver helmet and pants season and the vegetable medly green jersey and yellow pants season.

We're just finally getting on board with what the majority of CFB has been doing for a decade.

The official colors of the school are Kelly green and white. Someone here found a guide for printing that had details on black, grey, brown, tan, light green, dark green, purple, brick red, sky blue, pink, and orange. These are for printing things like the school seal, Marco, the logo of Old Main, etc. and then started yelling about how black was in there, so it was now somehow a “school color”. It is only is you accept that colors like pink, orange, sky blue, and purple, found on the very same page, are. Until you are able to explain the presence of most every color of the rainbow on the very same page that cites black, you are just quoting things out of context.

Whomever designed that bonnet deserves a massive pay raise! Those are absolutely sick and the players should really dig them.

We have plenty of things to be pissed about in our athletic department, there is no reason to be upset about black uniforms or new "special" helmets (especially when both look great)... Oregon, because of Nike, wears 12 different uniform combinations a year. Most schools have at least 4-5 -- Traditional home, traditional away, alternate home, alternate away, "special," etc.

And you still show you have no understanding on how alternate(key word) jerseys work.

Nope, just how to read the English language. Like the OFFICIAL MARSHALL website, where it explains what the school colors are. Kelly green and white.

Last time we went over this, it went on for page after page of idiots who yelled and yelled about the printer’s guide. No one ever explained the pink or the orange or all of the other colors in it.

Because the official school colors are Kelly green and white.

You won't see this often, but according to page 9 of The Symbols and Traditions of Marshall University, I'd have to mostly agree.

We should adopt CMYK as our colors. For those of you who don't have a printing background Cerise (red), Magenta (blue), Yellow, and K (black), when mixed properly, will get you any color you want.
