According to MaxPreps, Spegal finished with 3,356 rushing yards (second in the nation), scored 70 touchdowns (first in the nation) and didn't lose a single fumble.

5'10" and 225 pounds

Runs a 4.6 40-yard dash that complements a 575-pound squat and a 420-pound bench press.

As of the time I read about this guy, he had no offers.

He is a 2020 recruit and plays at one of the top schools in Indiana so he should be getting offers soon if coaches believe he is good enough to offer. Some things to look at are the following:
  • He has size and decent speed, but does he have the wiggle and acceleration to play RB at the FBS level.
  • Defensively, he plays LB, he is a little short for LB and has average size and speed for the position.

Unless there's something wrong that we don't know about, I offer him now. He's a tad shorter and lighter, but with the same speed as Devon. He catches the ball well also. Devon didn't have any wiggle either and both seem to have a nose for the end zone.

I would too. Get us a Devon Johsnon or Larry McCloud. I like what I see.
