Have they officially said he acted alone? I know fairly early on the police chief said they weren't ruling out the possibility there were others involved but I haven't heard anything since.

Yea taken in and released, I guess you missed one of the guys saying the police trying to pin it on him but when more evidence came out, they released him.

No I didn't miss it at all but let's think about why that guy was brought in. Shots fired and there's a guy walking around with a rifle. Yeah he's going to be questioned. Use some common sense. It's not a reach to think he could potentially be involved.

Dallas chief said one of the guys arrested for carrying a gun was not legally allowed to have a gun in his possession. So, they booked him and he will be charged. I guess arresting a man brandishing a gun in public who knows he isn't allowed to legally own one is racism, too.
