Trumpets it's ok to admit that this is a bad looks and an unforced error. It makes them look bad and gives the media and dems evidence of incompetence
 
Regardless of whether war plans were sent, the huge question is why the highest-ranking cabinet members in this administration were discussing anything related to the operations of the government, let alone military operations, on a 3rd party texting app that anyone can download. That's the core question that needs to be answered. All the other stuff is just noise and deflection.

There are some positives. It sounds like JD Vance is a voice of reason and has a willingness to speak up. The comments around Europe are valid and change my perspective a bit. It also shows this team is working together and not as disjointed as many (myself included) thought they were.

Sometimes you "leak" things on purpose.

There was nothing vital at all intersection text messages other than some messages with optics.
 
It will be interesting to find out what was actually discussed on the text thread.

I do find it interesting this story just happened to be dropped ahead of the SOD’s big visit to Asia. Additionally, you’ve supposedly received “war plans” in a text thread and you don’t communicate with anyone in the administration about the “leak” of intelligence? No one??

If you had any doubt that Trumps team never communicated with each other or worked together and thought they were disjointed… you’ve proven just what kind of rube you are.

How do we know that someone didn't gain access to this text group, demonstrating how poorly secured it was, and invited a journalist to expose it?

Another story drops just ahead of a big event- international trip (designed to discredit the administration) “War Plans Leaked” only to end up being a huge nothing burger you rubes were so quick to buy and suck down.
If you had received “war plans”, wouldn’t you have contacted someone in the national security and said…..”hey! I got this in a text!”


You most certainly implied you didn’t think they communicated with each other and were a disjointed team. No reason to lie about it. Nothing in your original statement suggested it was a “sometimes” event.

There is literally nothing here. No war plans, no sensitive information.

Signal, the program use to communicate, is fairly common among government circles as a messaging tool. To the point of being very common. To the point of being authorized in some cases.

So maybe they added this guy to the chat. Maybe it was a mistake. Maybe he is full of shit.
