Time to fire Gorsuch, wait oops Trump can’t do that.

So, 4 of 5 Republican appointed justice's voted wrong. Sounds about right. Wonder if gorsuch just got confused when he voted.

But 4 out of 5 Republican appointed justices is ok with you, even if they got it wrong. And McConnell must have wanted a rubber stamp justice, since he refused altogether to bring an Obama appointee for consideration.

gorsucks like mousy sessoms should have told the lying traitor Donald trump how he was going to vote on that
case so lying traitor Donald trump could have picked someone who would check with him an puttin first.

sounds like 429 is reneging on his "loyalty oath" to lying traitor Donald trump.
careful, he'll lock you up no trial needed - he'll just throw you into prison.

You morons I didn’t vote for trump nor do I support him at every turn What I do do is laugh when you blow your load over ever innuendo reported with no facts supporting collusion.

i'm just glad the libtards like Trumps judge now. the country is coming together already.

This opinion stems from SCOTUS (rightly) invalidating the same language as used in the Armed Career Criminal Act several years ago. The problem being that a kind of catchall provision, the residual clause, being interpreted and applied with no consistency by the various Circuits. In short, it was a poorly written statute, which caused it to be applied poorly. Btw, that original opinion this case stems from was authored by (gasp) Scalia.
