Today is Bridge Day

There is a walkway under the bridge structure. At the time, on Bridge Day, they allowed repellers to tie off ropes, repel to the end of the rope ( no rope was long enough to reach all the way to the ground from the bridge) then climb back up to the walkway.
My brother-in-law at the time and I had done a lot of cave exploring where we often had to repel from one level of a cave to another. He decided to do the bridge rope drop and wanted me to do it also.
I told him I was sorry that he had contracted an ailment that made him go bat sh** crazy. NO WAY!!
