Jesus, upChuck. He didn't spit on the guy. He taunted him as he was walking past the QB which drew the flag.

There were two refs right there looking at it. If any ref saw a player spitting on another, they would be ejected.

These refs have missed quite a bit. They missed two facemasks (one was blatant) on one of the targeting calls.
