Just seeing what the board considers "combat operations". We already have Marines in Ukraine but I don't consider them to be "combat operatives". But let's just say, hypothetically, we flew an F-16 in Ukraine. And let's just say, totally hypothetically, it executed an offensive maneuver that took down a Russian projectile. Would that be considered a "combat operation"?
